At UtilityFinch, privacy is not an afterthought—it is an architectural design choice. Our core calculators, document generators (invoices and quotes), and CSV statement cleaners run entirely in your client web browser memory.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store your invoice line items, pricing, or client details.
- We do not upload or store bank statement CSV files or transaction entries.
- We do not record financial calculation inputs in analytics or server logs.
- We do not require user accounts or mandatory personal email signups to use MVP tools.
3. Hosting & Infrastructure
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic network telemetry (such as IP addresses and standard browser headers) strictly to deliver web traffic, prevent DDoS attacks, and route requests securely.
4. Third-Party Referral Links
When you click an outbound partner link (such as Servexa), you are directed to an external domain with its own separate privacy terms. Outbound links may include campaign tracking parameters (e.g. UTM tags) to attribute referral origin without transmitting any personal financial data.
